The 2018 Resource Guide is here!

Please note: Shortly after the Bicycle Indiana Resource Guide headed to print and your door we noticed a clerical error that we would like to correct to avoid any misconceptions about Indiana bicycle laws. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We do our very best to keep bicyclists in Indiana informed and educated with the most up to date and expert information. Please keep this correction with your Resource Guide.

On page 12 of the Resource Guide, it reads, "Next, despite a bicyclist’s right to use a roadway, it is illegal for two bicyclists to ride two abreast."

This should instead read, "Next despite a bicyclist’s right to use a roadway, it is illegal for bicyclists to ride more than two abreast."

The Responsibilities chart should also read, "Typically do not ride more than two abreast."

Please incorporate this correction into your Resource Guide so that you can be fully aware of Indiana law with respect to bicyclists’ use of the roadway. A corrected version of this article will available here soon.
